Cancellation policy • 3 or more days before the tour: 85% refunded (15% cancellation fee). • 2 days before the tour: 50% refunded. • On the day or the day before the tour: no refund. • If we cannot provide a driver or guide, you receive a full refund. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
