Terms of Service Operator: PT Nawasena Sinar Permata (trading as Ebipi Bali). 1. Bookings: a booking is confirmed when payment is received. 2. Payment: we accept PayPal and card payments through Midtrans, taken at checkout unless a deposit option applies. 3. Cancellations and refunds: see the Cancellation Policy. If we cannot provide a driver or guide, you receive a full refund. 4. Drivers and guides: your driver also acts as your guide. We arrange the service you booked. 5. Your responsibilities: give accurate contact, pickup and flight details, and be ready at the agreed pickup time. 6. Changes: we may update these terms.
