+When can I cancel?
See our Cancellation Policy. Cancelling 3 or more days before the tour refunds 85%; 2 days before refunds 50%. If we cannot provide a driver or guide, you receive a full refund.
+Who is my driver?
Once a driver is assigned, you'll receive their name and phone number by email and in the app.

Japanese, English, and Indonesian. We match a guide to your booking's language.
